Hello, I'm Ms. Jes! I believe that we could use more wholesome cuteness in our worlds, and that's why I LOVE to draw adorably cute things. Do you have a child who just loves everything CUTE? This class is perfect for kids of all ages who love to draw! We will be getting creative by drawing something new each week in a cute Kawaii art style! Learners are encouraged to be creative and modify the drawing in their own way - or they can follow along with what I show or draw. It is fun to see everyone's drawings at the end of class during our sharing time. Students can use any coloring utensil they prefer to bring their creations to life. Enrolling your child in my class allows them to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills from the comfort of their own home. Recurring art classes can be a great way to improve your child's fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. These skills can translate to other areas of their life, such as academic performance and sports. My art classes provide a supportive and encouraging environment that can help boost your child's confidence and self-esteem. This is also a social opportunity for them to connect with other children who share their interests and passion for art. Enrolling your child in an online art class can offer benefits for their personal and academic growth, while also allowing them to have fun and express themselves creatively. Hello, I'm Ms. Jes!
In my classes, kids unleash their inner artist using favorite characters and games that I’m just as passionate about as they are. We explore spontaneous creativity and embracing “mistakes”. Let’s start drawing outside the box!
I am most passionate about teaching art and learning in unique ways. My approach to teaching infuses encouragement and optimism while having fun and connecting with a new generation over shared interests. Every child is special and celebrated for being who they are! No matter the class, I believe in positively approaching learning and finding joy in it.
• Outside of Outschool, I founded a nonprofit youth performing arts academy in 2015.
