This is an ESL tutoring session that may also be referred to as TEFL or TESOL. Homework is optional, depending on the parent's expectations and the needs of the student. We will discuss expectations before the first session to determine if homework assignments will be given. These tutoring sessions are tailored to the level and learning style of each student. The skills and topics that will be covered in this class are listed below. All levels of ESL students are welcome. The teacher will speak English during the sessions. - Grammar - Sentence structure - ESL Reading comprehension - Pronunciation - Spelling - Vocabulary - Writing - Informational - Opinion - ESL conversational skills - Paragraph structure The classes and lessons are adaptable to the level and needs of each student. The teacher will incorporate music for young learners and make the class more interactive and fun.
