Welcome to the Easter Escape Room

The Story: 
Where has the Easter Bunny gone? He is supposed to be getting ready fir the Easter egg hunt tomorrow. We just spoke to his friends who saw him last. They say he was on his way to Hop Lake, where the egg hunt is taking place. But when we got to Hop Lake he wasn't there. He must have got lost along the way. This is awful!

If we don't find him he won't be able to leave Easter eggs for all the kids. We have plan! But we will need you help.! It looks like he has dropped the Easter eggs on his path. You will be starting in the Easter Bunny's kitchen, where his friends saw him last. Follow all the Easter eggs to find him. Each Easter egg will be in a basket, with a clue inside the basket as well. While on your special mission you must make sure you stay focused on your task and move as quickly as possible. We need to find the Easter Bunny as soon as possible. 

Remember: you need to solve each clue before moving on to the next one!!

If you are absolutely stuck on a clue ask your special mission director, aka your teacher, for clues. Try not to ask too many questions or waste too much time. Good luck! I hope you can help save the Easter egg hunt.

Overview:
Students will begin class by introducing themselves and telling the class what they would want to find in an egg during an Easter egg hunt. After we will go over how the escape room will work and we will start the escape room. We will go through each clue together to keep it organized. Once the students knows the answer, they can share it with me through a private message on zoom. I will let them know if it is correct or incorrect. Once all the students have solved the clue or we have reached the time limit for that clue, I will share the correct answer and we will move on to the next. At the end we will celebrate finding the Easter bunny and saving the Easter egg hunt!

I will be there to read the clue and answer questions but I will allow them to solve the clue on their own.

Note: This is not a race. If students decide they want to compete during each clue, they are more than welcome but not required.
