Hello Learners, Where are all my Encanto fans?! This is a one time live class where students will learn how to measure out their ingredients to make their very own yummy arepas de queso (cornmeal cheese patty/cake) just like they do in the movie. They will learn the importance in the order in which to add ingredients to get the perfect dough for their arepas de queso (cheese arepas). Arepas could be eaten as a savory or sweet dish. It’s a little round cheese cake similar to size of a English muffin. They are served as a main or side dish. Once the dough is ready they will shape their arepas and then cook them. They will have the opportunity to plate them and we could eat together. See supply list. What a great opportunity to make arepas for family and friends.
