We will read the story The Feels and pause to talk about each feeling; scared, angry, sadness, worry and calm. The story focuses on taking deep breaths and getting to know your feelings. Travel along with little Yeti as she learns how to understand all her feelings.

Hello! I am a vice principal at an elementary school in Southern California. I have worked with all ages and began my teaching and classroom career in general education Kindergarten way back in 2008. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, my Master's Degree in Special Education and my PhD in Special Education. I love working with little ones, they just brighten up my day.
