Using Wunderkeys Elementary 1A piano book, this group class will strengthen their playing in C position and add Treble C position! To join this class, students should already know the notes in regular C position and be able to play steps and skips on the staff. I always offer trial lessons to anyone who would like to talk 1:1 about which class would be appropriate for their child. Just send me a message! Students will strengthen their knowledge of regular C position and learn Treble C. They will also learn intervals, staccato, legato, crescendo and diminuendo, and playing with both hands.

A keyboard with weighted keys is preferred, but not required. Adult help will probably be needed at various points in the class, particularly if students are under the age of 8.
