In this one time class we will learn how to make vegetable spring rolls. We will talk about hygiene and safety in the kitchen, focusing specifically on using knives safely and using a stove with oil. I will show learner some knife skills while preparing the vegetables, and how to fill and fold the spring roll pastries before they are fried.
