Are you ready to read?! In this on going class, we will start working on bigger words and learning to put them in a sentence. We will use our modeling clay in the beginning to practice a few words. We will do a different word family each week (for example words like wall, ball, call, mall, fall, tall… and learn to read sentences like The tall boy got a ball at the mall). We will start the classes by learning the word family and using any modeling clay to make a few of the words. We will then...
Students will learn one CVCC word family each week and start early sentence reading.
Learners will be provided a print out. They will also need to bring modeling clay, scissors, glue, and a writing utensil.
Outschool requires the mention that modeling clay, writing utensils, and glue may have a variety of allergies. Please check to make before using.
