Adolescence is a pivotal time for building healthy habits, and I pride myself on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students feel empowered to explore their potential. My international teaching experience has given me the unique ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds, adding richness and perspective to every class.
As a certified Manitoba teacher, fitness instructor, and holder of prestigious licenses from Les Mills International and Mossa, I bring evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to my sessions.
