This class is a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. It will use the 5th Edition rules and will incorporate situations that require critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, role-playing, and imagination. The student should have a foundation of the basic rules of 5th Edition, but new players are welcome as well. Resources and references will be provided as needed, to facilitate a better understanding of the rules and game mechanics. This adventure will take the players from 3rd...
To have fun while learning to work in a group, solve problems, think critically, use creativity and imagination, and did I mention have fun? Additionally, this adventure and style is designed to help players delay gratification, face consequences for actions, and see the benefits of making decisions and taking action.
I have been playing D&D since I was 7 years old. It has been a huge part of my growth, development, and entertainment. I'm a skilled, role-player, narrator, and storyteller. I have a very patient and enthusiastic nature and make the class as welcoming and comfortable as possible. This isn't just a game to me, but a passion. I think this is a profound experience and can facilitate such growth and foster bonds of friendship that can last a lifetime.

There are simulated combat, conflict, and narration that occurs in D&D. None of this will be especially graphic and will only serve to set the scene and experience. It will be very age-appropriate.
I will use dndbeyond.com and Roll20.net, primarily. You are not required to use them, but they really do enhance the experience and are free.
