繪畫俱樂部

In this class we will be exploring drawing and drawing to explore ourselves. This class is more about creative flow and allowing the process to unfold rather than drawing a specific thing. I encourage learners to draw what they want to draw and what they are excited about drawing. I will provide support and encouragement to learners. We will be discussing different approaches to drawing, shading, etching, different materials, techniques, philosophy of art, etc. It is helpful to creative flow and overcoming blockages to have a space to create and draw with peers, have constructive discussions about what we can do to make our drawings better, what works and doesn’t work, and guidance when we find ourselves hitting a creative wall. This is drawing club. Week to week session topics will be learner directed. If a learner wishes for a certain topic to be addressed, I welcome questions and requests to be expressed in the learners introduction/class discussion.
