In this 40 minutes class, the student will learn to draw and then color it with crayons and colored pencils. Some examples are: landscapes, sea creatures , butterfly, peacock, artistic flowers and designs and realistic flowers. This class will help the learners to draw and create their own piece of art with step by step instructions. This will build their confidence to draw from the pictures or real life objects. They will learn the coloring techniques for deciding on the colors and how to color. Theme will be different for each class. I will post it monthly. January 2025: Week 1: Baby coala Week 2: Red Panda Week 3: Daisybush Flower Week 4: Train Week 5: Baby Caterpillar I will be giving step-by-step instructions. The camera will focus on my drawing and coloring so that the student can learn by watching. There is no special experience required to join this class. The student will keep their video on all the time to show their progress when asked throughout the class. At the end of the class, student will show his/her artwork to the teacher and can communicate about the artwork that we completed. We will begin with an introduction. Then we start with the artwork. Student can communicate with the teacher if he/she has any questions. We end the class with the positive feedback about the artwork created. I teach step by step but sometimes a student may not be able to finish coloring, depending on his/her level. If that happens then I can spend some extra minutes till the child can finish up his/her work. We can also discuss what the student will like to learn in the next class, if interested to continue further with more art lessons. **. If the listed timings do not suit then PARENTS CAN REQUEST A CLASS FOR THE PREFERRED TIME". **

The student will learn to draw and learn coloring techniques. The class will also help with visual motor coordination, fine motor skills and focus. The student will be able to socialize in a learning and creative environment.

My name is Meena.
I am a visual artist.
I have a master's degree in Psychology. Art is my childhood passion. I have taken various courses in water coloring, oil painting, metal embossing and pottery.
I have displayed my artwork in various art shows, art councils and open studios.
I have been teaching Art for about five years.
I have listed different types of classes. I teach drawing and coloring with colored pencils and crayons, drawing and water color painting. I give step by step instructions in each class.
My goal in teaching is to give clear instructions and enhance creativity in my students.
