Students will start from the beginning, so anyone can start this course, despite their skill level. Some experience helps of course, but it is not necessary! We'll go over how to draw in the charcoal medium, then gain basic drawing skills as we learn how to formally and classically draw anatomy in a photo realistic style. I am well known for my photo realistic style. In fact, most of my private commissions are charcoal portraits. I am classically trained in fine arts through Academy of Art University, and have studied thoroughly the Renaissance masters, such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. This makes me the perfect fit to help teach in this style.
