Join us for a colorful and creative journey in our LOL Surprise Drawing Adventure class! This fun-filled 40-minute online experience is perfect for aspiring artists who love the excitement of LOL Surprise dolls. We’ll start with a lively meet and greet, where you’ll get to know your fellow artists and share your favorite dolls! Each week, we’ll dive into a brand-new surprise drawing, guiding you through fun and easy steps to create your very own masterpiece. After showcasing our drawings, you’ll get to be a fashion designer, choosing colors and styles to make your doll’s outfit uniquely yours. As we color, we’ll share stories and laughter, creating a joyful atmosphere that sparks creativity. If time allows, we’ll even have a special show-and-tell session, where everyone can share their fantastic creations! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this class is all about fun, friendship, and imagination. Grab your pencils and join us for an unforgettable drawing adventure! WHAT WILL BE TAUGHT? BASIC DRAWING TECHNIQUES: Shapes, lines, and proportions to build a strong foundation. How to sketch and refine your drawings. HOLIDAY THEMED DRAWING PROJECTS: October: Create Halloween-themed LOL Surprise dolls with spooky costumes. November: Use fall colors to design Thanksgiving-inspired outfits. December: Draw dolls in festive holiday attire, incorporating elements like snowflakes and ornaments. January: Capture the winter spirit with cozy, winter-themed accessories. February: Explore themes of love and friendship by designing Valentine's Day outfits. COLORING TECHNIQUES: Mixing colors to achieve autumn hues, winter tones, and more. Choosing complementary colors for outfits and backgrounds. FASHION DESIGN BASICS: Encouraging creativity in designing unique outfits for your dolls. Discussing patterns, textures, and styles. CLASS STRUCTURE: (Times can fluctuate based on how many students in the class) Meet and Greet (5 minutes): Share favorite dolls and get to know each other. Introduction to the Week’s Drawing Theme (5 minutes): Discuss the holiday influence and demonstrate drawing techniques. Step-by-Step Drawing Session (15 minutes): Guided drawing with opportunities for questions and feedback. Coloring and Design (10 minutes): Personalize your designs with chosen colors while sharing stories. Show and Tell (5 minutes): Optional sharing of completed drawings and outfits with the class. INTERACTION: Learners will have plenty of opportunities to interact with me throughout the class. I’ll encourage questions during the drawing sessions and facilitate discussions during coloring time. I aim to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels included and inspired to share their work during show and tell. October 19 - October 24: Pumpkin Queen Doll Drawing: A Halloween doll inspired by pumpkins, complete with pumpkin-themed accessories. November 2 - November 7: Thanksgiving Doll Drawing: A Thanksgiving-themed LOL Surprise doll in a cozy fall outfit. November 9 - November 14: Autumn Fairy Doll Drawing: An autumn fairy-themed LOL Surprise doll with fall leaf motifs. November 16 - November 21: Harvest Festival Doll Drawing: A festive LOL Surprise doll celebrating harvest time, adorned with cornucopia accessories. November 30 - December 5: Christmas Doll Drawing: A Christmas-themed LOL Surprise doll dressed as Santa or an elf. December 7 - December 12: Winter Wonderland Doll Drawing: A winter-themed LOL Surprise doll in a cozy snow outfit. December 14 - December 19: Holiday Party Doll Drawing: A glamorous holiday party-themed LOL Surprise doll with sparkling accessories. This schedule highlights a new doll each week, allowing students to explore different themes while developing their drawing skills!

We will be exploring Halloween during the month of October, so we will look at monsters, skeletons, and other scary (but fun) Halloween type designs and costumes.

Fine-tip Black Pen or Ink: For outlining and adding details to finished drawings. 6. Ruler: For drawing straight lines and measuring proportions. 7. Hey there! I’m Billy, your child’s creative adventure buddy! Every week, I work to create a fun and supportive space where your child can look forward to learning and growing. I make sure each class is an exciting, safe environment where they can express themselves, make new friends, and build confidence through art.
For over 12 years, I’ve traveled the globe, soaking up vibrant cultures and creative experiences. I’m currently living in Egypt, where I’ve been for 7 years, teaching and inspiring young minds from all over the world.
With 30+ years of experience as an actor, singer, director, and choreographer, I’ve had the chance to teach the kids of movie stars! But my heart belongs to helping kids express themselves through drawing.
I’ve had the privilege of studying animation and storytelling with some of the best in the business—Disney, Nickelodeon, and DreamWorks. Through internships and collaborations, I’ve learned the magic of creating characters, telling stories, and designing visually compelling art, and I bring those lessons into my classes, helping students unlock their own creativity.
I’ve proudly taught on Outschool for over 4 years, and I’m honored to be recognized as a top teaching contributor. My classes blend artistic skills with storytelling, turning each lesson into an adventure. My students have gone on to shine on Broadway, star in TV shows, and become amazing artists themselves!
I hold a Bachelor’s in Performing Arts/Dance and a Master’s in Education. My teaching philosophy? Spark imagination, make learning fun, and encourage kids to grow in confidence and creativity.
