Each week, we’ll dive into new stories about these incredible creatures, helping you create unique characters and adventures of your own. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll discover fun drawing techniques, explore vibrant colors, and watch your artwork come to life! But that’s not all! You’ll also make new friends along the way. Together, you’ll share your creations during our special Show and Tell sessions, where everyone gets to showcase their artwork and tell their own stories. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate your creativity and inspire each other! Get ready for a fun-filled experience where art, stories, and friendships come together. In our DRAW: DINOSAURS AND DRAGONS class, students will achieve the following learning goals: 1. **Basic Drawing Skills**: Develop foundational techniques for sketching shapes and forms, focusing on dinosaurs and dragons. 2. **Creativity and Imagination**: Enhance creative thinking by inventing unique characters and stories related to their drawings. 3. **Color Theory**: Learn about color mixing and application to make their artwork vibrant and dynamic. 4. **Storytelling Through Art**: Explore how to convey narratives through illustrations, fostering an understanding of visual storytelling. 5. **Artistic Confidence**: Build self-esteem by sharing their work during Show and Tell, encouraging peer feedback and support. 6. **Collaboration and Friendship**: Engage with classmates to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and create a sense of community. 7. **Critical Observation**: Improve observation skills by studying reference images and nature, leading to more accurate and imaginative artwork. For our **Dinosaur and Dragon Drawing Adventure**, students will need the following supplies: 1. **Sketchbook or Drawing Paper**: A space to draw and practice. 2. **Pencils**: A variety of pencils (HB, 2B) for sketching and shading. 3. **Eraser**: A good eraser for correcting mistakes and refining drawings. 4. **Colored Pencils or Markers**: A set of vibrant colors for adding life to their creations. 5. **Black Sharpie**: For outlining their drawings and adding details. 6. **Craft Supplies**: Optional items like glitter, stickers, or colored paper for extra decoration and creativity. With these supplies, students will be all set to unleash their creativity and have a fantastic time in class!

Hey there! I’m Billy, your child’s creative adventure buddy! Every week, I work to create a fun and supportive space where your child can look forward to learning and growing. I make sure each class is an exciting, safe environment where they can express themselves, make new friends, and build confidence through art.
For over 12 years, I’ve traveled the globe, soaking up vibrant cultures and creative experiences. I’m currently living in Egypt, where I’ve been for 7 years, teaching and inspiring young minds from all over the world.
With 30+ years of experience as an actor, singer, director, and choreographer, I’ve had the chance to teach the kids of movie stars! But my heart belongs to helping kids express themselves through drawing.
I’ve had the privilege of studying animation and storytelling with some of the best in the business—Disney, Nickelodeon, and DreamWorks. Through internships and collaborations, I’ve learned the magic of creating characters, telling stories, and designing visually compelling art, and I bring those lessons into my classes, helping students unlock their own creativity.
I’ve proudly taught on Outschool for over 4 years, and I’m honored to be recognized as a top teaching contributor. My classes blend artistic skills with storytelling, turning each lesson into an adventure. My students have gone on to shine on Broadway, star in TV shows, and become amazing artists themselves!
I hold a Bachelor’s in Performing Arts/Dance and a Master’s in Education. My teaching philosophy? Spark imagination, make learning fun, and encourage kids to grow in confidence and creativity.
