In this multi-day course, we will explore the legend of dragons. Our focus will be on the origins of the legend, and analyzing historical claims about the mythical beasts. Learners will interact with the teacher, and one another, to discuss and analyze the myth of dragons. Each class will begin with an essential question. I have taught history to students for several years. I believe it is important to teach this subject objectively and from many points of view. I enjoy helping students learn to separate fact from fiction.
*Please note, this class will be taught from a secular and scientific point of view. All information regarding religion will be presented in a factual and historical way. We will not be discussing personal religion in class.
