In this Seusstastic class, your child will dive into the life of Theodor Seuss Geisel. They will hear the story Oh, The Thinks You Can Think and then create their own Dr. Suess character and write it's character traits. There will be time to listen, discuss in groups, watch video clips, and work independently to write or draw ideas. This class is a fun way to learn about a famous author and use his technique to create their own character including not only what it looks like but where it lives, acts, likes, and dislikes.

Students will discover how Dr. Seuss created his book characters and will have the opportunity to follow his style and create their own character.
