Does your child enjoy the Dog Man series? Well, this is the perfect class for them! 1.. Let's play a fun round of Trivia where students will have a chance to show off their Dogman knowledge. Students will write down their guesses for all 20 questions, then we will discuss the questions and answers. Students will self-grade on the honor system and we will celebrate a winner. 2. Next, we will play Dogman Bingo! The winner of each round will have a chance to tell their favorite Dogman escapade with their classmates or to share one of their favorite Dogman drawings. 3. If there is time, we will play student Dogman Trivia. Each student will have the opportunity to challenge their classmates with a Dogman question of their own. Can you stump your classmates? This is a fast-paced fun-filled classroom and children who are unable to print/spell find it a bit challenging to keep up. They are still welcome to attend but may need some help to write out answers. This is a fun class and children are encouraged to share thoughts, ideas, and laughter so it is helpful if they are in a location that is free of background noise or they have a headset so they can be unmuted. I work with them to manage taking turns and to be Zoom polite. Dogman Extravaganza!

A bingo card will be provided prior to class time. I will send it out to each student individually because they are all different. Please print the card and bring it to class also bring cheerios or pennies to use as bingo markers.

Hi everyone! Thank you for stopping by.
I believe that learning should be fueled by joy and creativity. I find that students learn best when they are engaged in creative activities, conversation, and problem-solving with a teacher that they trust. I am known for my fun. interactive teaching style, I love to interject smiles and laughter into the classroom. Building confidence is the key to creating a successful learning environment so my classes are filled with positive encouragement.
I have a degree in Business Administration and Education with certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis. This education combined with my classroom, online, and homeschool experience provides me with the skills and experience to guide children to be successful.
My passions include art, writing, animals, traveling, and child growth and development. You will see these themes in the classes I teach.
I have 4 adult children and 8 grandchildren, they bring me joy! My grandchildren and their passions have provided me with some of my most fun class ideas.
I have spent the past 10 years traveling the world. I have trekked through the rainforest, swam with turtles, and enjoyed several of the wonders of the world. I have based many of my classes around these first-hand experiences.
Some fun facts about me:
I have a Havanese pup named Lola. Did you know that the Havanese breed is from Cuba and they used to be circus clowns for kings and queens? She is a riot!
I have been to Italy 11 times and I'm not even Italian!
I used to be a dental assistant so I love to go to the dentist!
I hope to see you in my classroom very soon!
