In this one time class, students will play a game where we search for a valentines themed object. Then, students will use various supplies to create fabulous valentines for family and friends or to use a decoration around their home! Students will have the opportunity to think about people they love as we create. Learners will also be able to use their imaginations and be creative with how they use the supplies that are provided to them! An Invitation to Play is a way of presenting activities that invites children to explore and interact independently with those items. Invitations are open- ended, process oriented, and allow for the child's creativity! Children are invited to begin play in class and continue engaging long after class!

Parents can choose what supplies are provided. Supplies could include construction paper, heart cut outs, scissors, glue, markers, pipe cleaners, pom poms, ribbons, glitter, etc.
