The students will have access to a world map they can download and print out. During class we will locate Sweden on the map and then discuss its location in concerns with Continent, Hemisphere, coastal or land locked. We will also discuss climate, culture and food. We will use this information to do a brief comparison to the country the students live in. The students can make a mark on their map after "visiting" Sweden. This can be a one time class if there is a specific country of interest or an ongoing adventure discovering many countries of a number of weeks. In this class we will focus on Sweden, a country I visited a few times during my travels while working on a cruise ship.
