In this class, we will learn lots of new and fun facts about adorable manatees. We will watch a short video and then read about them together. We will discuss what we are learning as we go. Once we have a good amount of knowledge of these amazing ocean creatures, we will complete a quiz to test what we have learned. Please bring a whiteboard and dry erase marker or a pencil and a piece of paper so you can practice writing too. I have created a game for us to play at the end of our class...
Students will practice their reading and comprehension skills while learning about manatees in this fun one-time class.
I have been teaching elementary aged children for more than 10 years and I have taught in an online environment for more than a year now.
