Do you want to learn how to create your very own unique artwork? Do you have some art supplies that you are just itching to use?! Do you want to learn the basics, so you can actually put your own fun ideas into the paper? In these ongoing lessons, I will focus on one or two students at a time, who will learn drawing and painting fundamentals to start creating artworks with confidence. He or she will learn the elements of design, use their imagination to create, speak about their...
Your child will improve his or her understanding of color mixing, patterns creation, art vocabulary, observational drawing, artistic problem solving, exploring with texture and different materials, learning different techniques in watercolor, acrylic, India ink, oil pastel, chalk pastel, pencil, crayons, markers, printmaking, and collage. They will also improve motor coordination, creativity and storytelling abilities. Emotionally, they will gain confidence and more understanding of their own unique expression in the world.
