In this one time course, students will learn how to make a smoothie bowl that's beautifully presented and worthy of a picture! This smoothie bowl is perfect as a healthy snack or meal. Ingredients Berry Smoothie Bowl Base 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries 1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen) 1/2 cup milk of choice (plus more as needed) Optional: 1/4 cup yogurt Toppings 1 kiwi 1/4 C canned mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 C blueberries 1-2 Tablespoons shredded coconut 1 handful granola Optional: chia seeds, hemp hearts, nut butters, etc, feel free to customize to your liking Materials Needed Blender Paring knife Cutting Board Spoon Rubber Spatula Serving Bowl Please come to class with all fresh fruit washed and and Clean Hands!
