課堂經歷
Dance along with Miss Lauren on a magical journey each week! In the first few minutes of class, learners will have the opportunity to connect with Miss Lauren. We will begin our fairytale dance class with fun and engaging warm up exercises that will wake up and stretch our bodies. We will learn basic dance positions and steps. We will then will continue to work on movement through basic motor skills in engaging themed dance games. We will end our class with a fun game of Freeze...
Your child will learn beginner dance steps in a creative and positive learning environment. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
