課堂經歷
Crystal Mania will go into depth about the classifications of minerals and crystals. We will start off with identification of what a mineral is and why is it called a crystal. Then Identification of minerals and how they are identified in reference to each other. Finally finishing off with Uses in everyday environments. The class is structured in a self-paced, three lesson course. The type of interaction involves video, matching games, and ideas to try at home. My teaching style is to inspire future STEM students into succeeding early on in a variety of context. I reach out to students at the end of every lesson and will allow for more learning opportunities as I am seeing their progress. Each student who completes all three lessons will get a certificate in Crystal Knowledge and will be ready for an introduction in Geology.

I teach Healthcare, Math, and Science. My background is being a nurse in the Army, working in the civilian sector of medicine for 6 years and having a Bachelor's in Business Management in Health Care. I currently teach as a online teacher for both STEM, and ESL. My philosophy in teaching is always to have fun, having fun allows the learner to intake and hold information better with a good recall, then trying to cram information down and think about a boring lecture later. Along with joining the Army when I was 18, I started flying planes and gliders at the age of 14. I also have several chronic health conditions that have made my life take a turn, but I am still achieving everything I want, I never give up.
