Making space for creativity and exercising our brain is just as important as our physical health. This 55 min creative class is not about learning techniques, perfecting skills, or mastering art theory. This class is about using art as self-expression, a way to have fun and strengthen abstract thinking (without the pressure to be perfect). It's a great combination of cognitive stimulation, fun, and relaxation. Depending on group size, learners will have the chance to try out 3-6 drawing...

I am a self-taught artist specializing in embroidery and watercolor. I have completed training in, Online Arts Facilitation through Workman Arts As a Child and Youth Care practitioner I have developed and implemented age-appropriate and culturally informed arts programming for students between 6-18 in recreational settings
