Week 1Lesson 1𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡After a lesson on writing dialogue and descriptive writing with a gigantic Cyclops, the authors write about a hero who sets out on a quest. They learn to build suspense and blend narrative elements.Lesson 2𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬Scylla is a scary monster that loves to feast on heroes. Charybdis is a whirlpool monster that drags sailors into her belly. Learners will learn to write action, how to solve difficult plot problems, and how to blend multiple literary elements in an epic Greek battle.Lesson 3𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞All quests come to an end, and students will write a homecoming!

- Learn to write fiction and to let themselves be creative.
- Learn to use correct grammar when writing.
The founder of Lemons-Aid, Mrs. Lemons has a B.A. in English and an M.Ed in Education Administration. She is certified to teach English, has a principal's license, and has many years of experience at every level. She also supervises teachers in their undergraduate and graduate-level teacher preparation programs at Colorado Christian University. She is a teacher of teachers. All teachers who teach this class have an appropriate degree, teaching experience, and training, giving your learner a teacher who is a content-area expert who loves kids.
