Some people believe that handwritten notes and letters is a lost art. Not in this class! I am thrilled to offer this one-time class where I teach learners how to write a meaningful and engaging friendly letter that is sure to make an impression on the recipient! Learners will even write their own friendly letters during class. The class will be broken down as follows: 1. Greetings and introductions 2. Group discussion - What's so special about friendly letters? 3. How to write a friendly letter? 4. Let's practice! 5. Closing thoughts and goodbyes If you have any questions about this class or would like to request a different time, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help! I would be thrilled to see your learner in my class!

Hello there! My name is Miss Katelynn, and I LOVE to teach! I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and currently teach 3rd grade at a private school. I have experience teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade in the classroom, and also work with 3rd-5th graders on a weekly basis at my church. The elementary ages are my favorite!
One of my biggest goals in teaching is for every student to leave my class feeling encouraged, empowered, and valued. Students will gain important knowledge and skills (and hopefully have a lot of fun!) in my classes, all while feeling welcomed and comfortable.
