In our creative class community, learners can explore and build on a secure, vibrant, class-time only Minecraft map in Creative Mode. This is an inclusive Minecraft Bedrock Edition social gaming club led by a certified, Master degreed educator, who also has a Minecraft education certification. Mutual Minecraft Bedrock friendling and private gamer tag name sharing with me is needed to access my secure, class-time only, Minecraft world/Realm. 

Thursday's section has access to the Dragon Heart texture pack which transforms horses into Pegasus dragons with written permission from Tetrascape. Sunday's section has two Dragonfire Add-On packs adding dragon you can fly and new dragon scale items with explicit written permission from Spectral Studios. 

Weekly topics and projects are learner interest and led, inspired by our community of learners. With customized STEAM gaming skills as well as Social Emotional multiplayer social gaming guidance for an inclusive experience with support available as needed.

I'm comfortable with any communication method your learner prefers, including voice, video, Zoom chat, or Minecraft chat. After a quick video check-in at the start of class or pre-verification through Outschool, cameras may be turned off if preferred. Learners can additionally signal me using digital or video hand raising or send a quick message in Minecraft or Zoom if they for wish me to specifically hold additional space for them to share verbally. Optional monitored breakout rooms are available for focused or small group activities. To maintain a positive atmosphere when needing to hold space for a peer sharing or if background sounds make hearing others difficult, I may place a learner's microphone on mute to ensure that everyone can be heard. Learners can also mute and unmute themselves.

This weekly social club has a strong focus on respect and inclusion. Our class experience, Minecraft map, all players, their items, and creations are valued. We stand united against Minecraft griefing. No tricking or trapping fellow players, and no taking of other's items or pets, no destroying each other's build creations or animals. No intentional actions to cause a negative experience within Minecraft such as threatening, intentional entity over spawning, auto clicking, or attempts to lag or crash our Minecraft world. 

Together, we build a collaborative haven where every learner and their items and creations are valued and celebrated.
