Students will participate in basic conversation about solids and liquids. Students will create Oobleck and see how it changes forms suddenly. We will talk briefly about Non-Newtonian fluid and how Oobleck changes states based on the pressure applied. My style of teaching during this class will be more conversational and less structured to facilitate a broad range of discussion. This class is to make science fun and engaging for a variety of learners. Please note there will be water and cornstarch involved so it is important to plan a way to keep electronics safe during this class.
