課堂經歷

Students will learn knive skills if parents permit it. They will learn different cuts and more about healthy options to add to sushi rolls.

Ingredients:
Sushi Seaweed , 1.5 cup cooked sushi rice, seasoned rice vinegar or sushi vinegar, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 1 scallion. 
Optional: smoked salmon or crab meat

Equipment:
Cutting board, knife, sushi mat (optional) or parchment paper, mixing bowl, wood or rice spoon, measuring spoons, small bowl of water to dip hands when rice is sticky. 
Knive handling or allergy concerns. Parents can cook rice before class so this class involves no heat for younger kids.

Parents: Please ask questions if your kids need help with something or didn't understand something.
