I have been making this salad for over 20 years! I remember the very place and setting I first tasted it. Full recipe available upon enrollment Please find and use fresh ingredients: Lemony Cilantro Pasta: 1 box cooked and refrigerated angel hair pasta 1 large bunch of fresh cilantro Freshly grated ginger *optional Freshly grated garlic Fresh 1/4-1/2 Cups fresh lemon juice 2 large carrots 1 zucchini garlic salt soy sauce sesame oil olive oil Sriracha sauce * optional Mason jar to store, blend and shake dressing hand blender
