The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). The students will also post a picture or video to share their recipes with the teacher. *No previous cooking experience is required. **Please note that these recipes do not require heat for cooking. Week 1Lesson 1Turkey & Cheese PinwheelsThe student will learn the tools, ingredients, and recipe required to make Turkey and Cheese Pinwheels to share with friends and family.Week 2Lesson 2Italian PinwheelsThe student will learn the tools, ingredients, and recipe required to make Italian Pinwheels to share with friends and family.Week 3Lesson 3Taco PinwheelsThe student will learn the tools, ingredients, and recipe required to make Taco Pinwheels to share with friends and family.Week 4Lesson 4Veggie & Hummus and Peanut Butter & Jelly PinwheelsThe student will learn the tools, ingredients, and recipes required to make two recipes to share with friends and family: Veggie & Hummus Pinwheels and Peanut Butter & Jelly Pinwheels.
Students will improve their skills as chefs in the kitchen by practicing making pinwheel recipes.
I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.

The students will make five different pinwheel recipes. For each lesson, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe. At the beginning of the course, students will also receive a shopping list for all five recipes.
