課堂經歷
Baking during the holidays is something that I’ve been doing with my family for as long as I can remember. I am excited to share my love of baking with your child. In this self paced course, students will be making four different holiday cookie recipes: Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, Snickerdoodle, and Chocolate Crinkles. The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). The students are encouraged to post a picture to share their cookies with the teacher. The students will: -practice following a recipe -practice using kitchen tools to measure ingredients -practice cooking on a stove/oven (*Parental supervision is strongly encouraged.) -confidently share their completed recipes with the teacher (and their families). *No previous experience is required. In this self paced course, we will make these Christmas cookies: Lesson 1: Chocolate Crinkles Lesson 2: Snickerdoodles Lesson 3: Sugar Cookies Lesson 4: Gingerbread Cookies I look forward to seeing your home chef in the kitchen!

The students will make four different recipes. For each recipe, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe. At the beginning of the course, students will also receive a shopping list for all four recipes.
