課堂經歷

The class will start with kitchen safety. 

Join me where we will learn how to back delicious chocolate chip cookies from scratch. 
We will discuss the correct way of measuring different kinds of things, like liquids Vs powders, the best shape technique for cookies, reasons they may not have turned out how you wanted them to and converse as a group about our favorite baking recipes. 

I will send over the recipe following the class so the students can reuse is. 

All the ingredients are listed below, please reach out with any questions.

Recipe does require them to use the oven, if you are not comfortable with them doing that alone please be close by to help!

1 Cup soften Butter ( Please soften a few hours before the class!!)
White Sugar
Light Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
All purpose flour
Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Salt 
Chocolate Chips ( Or chunks) - Also optional i am weird and dont like chocolate so i make this recipe and just leave them out!
