課堂經歷

  • In every session, gymnasts will learn the importance of building strength and increasing flexibility.
Parents, please have an open space for your gymnasts to practice in. No tables or hard surfaces they could hurt themselves on. Panel mats are always a good piece of equipment to have. If you need equipment recommendations, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I will send you a list of appropriate equipment for your house and gymnast. 

By signing up for this class, you should understand that physical injury is possible when participating in any exercise or gymnastics program. If you engage in these online classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
