Let's learn colors in Spanish! No prior Spanish is needed. I will be using English as needed to help learners make connections from English to Spanish. Each week we will be discussing a new color in Spanish. We will begin by brainstorming items that are that color and then we will go on a color hunt and find items! At the end of class, we will be drawing some of the items we found! (Bring paper & crayons or marker!) After class, students will receive a printable to practice the vocabulary learned in class! This will be an ongoing class and each week we will be learning a new color! Week 1 (Nov 23-27) Yellow / Amarillo Week 2 (Nov 30 - Dec 4) Blue / Azul Week 3 (Dec 7-11) White / Blanco Week 4 (Dec 14-18) Purple / Morado Week 5 (Dec 21-25) Red / Rojo Week 6 (Dec 28 - Jan 1) Green / Verde Week 7 (Jan 4-8) Black / Negro Week 8 (Jan 11-14) Orange / Anaranjado Please remember to bring something to color with and any toys or household items you can share with the class that is the color of the week! Yay! I can't wait to meet my kiddos!

Hello! My name is Lili Flores!
I have a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 (Education Prek- 6th Grade) with a Bilingual component from Texas State University.
I taught Kindergarten for 4 years and 2nd grade for 1 year in a traditional classroom setting. I have 4 years of online teaching experience. I started teaching on Outschool in 2020 and have loved connecting with students and families here!
My goal for my online classroom is to create a space where my students feel listened to, comfortable and loved; all while having fun!
We will be learning and playing together! I love keeping my classes active so make sure you bring some water with you!
Spanish is my first language and I love teaching kiddos to love it. I also love drawing, reading books and laughing. I look forward to doing all of those things with your kiddos.
I believe relationship is the foundation of any teacher/student interaction. It is my hope that all of my students feel seen, heard and valued.
