This class is for students continuing Latin. Ideally, students will have completed at least one year of Latin before entering this class. We will be using Hans Orberg's Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata, but students who have completed other Latin curricula and are wanting to try a new curriculum and/or broaden their conversational Latin abilities are welcome to join. We will be starting at the beginning of Lingua Latina - Familia Romana, but we will be proceeding rapidly through the text and...

Students will improve their understanding of Latin grammar and vocabulary, and will gain confidence in spoken Latin. Students will learn grammar terms and be able to discuss Latin grammar in Latin as well as have basic to intermediate conversations in Latin.
