課堂經歷
In this course, we will work together to learn the steps needed to create each portion of our baby Toothless Dragon. Different camera views will be used to show each step of the way. We will condition, cut, roll and form our pieces. Then we will assemble our body parts and get them prepared to be baked after class is over (if using polymer bake clay). The supplies are listed below and are necessary to complete the project. Students may add accessories for their dragon after the initial form is completed. Sculpting Medium (any type/brand you prefer, for reference I use Sculpey Polymer Bake Clay) in Black, and a tiny bit of green and white. Basic Sculpting tools, toothpick or pointed tool, small rolling pin or paintbrush handle, dotting tool (for eye sockets) A non stick surface to work on Toothpicks or jewelry wire, and a scissors or cutting tool

Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F, depending on your brand of clay). You may do this after class. Parental help is necessary.

I'm Lori...a graduate of F.I.T in NYC. I've worked in different areas of the design industry since 1991, from illustration, pattern making, garment construction to designing full story boards for buyers. I tutored Fashion Illustration for a few years to help other students complete their professional portfolios before their interviews. Besides getting creative, I LOVE animals! I have quite a few furry little beasts. Right now, my profession is Graphic Design, but fashion illustration and design is still what I do when I need to unwind from technology. I believe that once you learn the basics of how to get that creativity out of your mind and onto paper, you open up a whole new world, being able to share and build on your talents. 評論
