Each student will learn a new special cake eaten in the part of the world called Scandinavia which consists of several countries that enjoy this cake. It's known in Denmark and Norway and we will learn when these countries eat this cake.
My family is Scandinavian and we have made this cake each year my entire life. Out heritage is from Sweden and Norway so I am eager to share about our culture and ancient heritage. We are also American and have made a special effort to carry on our family's heritage each year during Christmas time. I am an expert at Scandinavian holiday experiences.
Please bring pen and paper so you can draw the final design of the cake because it is beautiful. Also write down the special ingredients to make the cake at home later on with your family.
