啦啦隊101|適合 7-10 歲兒童的基本啦啦隊/鼓舞隊動作與技術

Want your child to start learning the basics of becoming a successful cheerleader from a previous college and all star cheerleader? Look no further! This exciting and informational one time class will get your child the knowledge they need to start their journey of becoming a cheerleader! If your child wants to become a school cheerleader, join an all-star team, participate in pep squad, or just want to have fun, this is the class for you! We will be learning all basic and important motions and techniques that cheerleaders are expected to know. I will be giving feedback to each learner to ensure that it is being done correctly.

Class Breakdown:
Check In - We will always start our class off with a quick check in (ice breakers, questions, social activities)
Warm Up - We will do a quick warm up with some stretching and cardio.
Motions and Technique - We will then learn a variety of motions that are always used in cheerleading. 
Closing - We will play a quick game using all motions used.
 
•  This is a beginning skill level class. Prior knowledge and experience is not required for this class.
•  Students will be asked to have their microphone off the majority of the class. Students will be allowed to speak to the teacher throughout the class by raising their hand.  The mute feature will be used if necessary to ensure that all students can hear the teacher.
•  Audio and video will not be required throughout class. (Video is highly recommended to ensure students are doing their motions properly and receive feedback from the teacher) However, there is an exception that your child must show video identification when entering the class for identification purposes for each session in accordance with Outschool safety regulations. 

A little bit about Mrs. Delgado: 
Hi everyone! My name is Mrs. Delgado. I am so happy to be able to have the opportunity to teach you! I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Nursing. I am a certified teacher in Texas. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher and cheer coach. I have 20 + years experience in dance and cheer. I even cheered in college!  I have been coaching cheer, gymnastics, and dance classes for over 10 years. I have many passions and love to share all my knowledge with others.
