Welcome to a festive and educational class designed for children aged 7 to 12 years old! In this four-week adventure, young learners will embark on a journey to discover Christmas traditions from eight different countries, exploring the rich history and engaging in fun, hands-on projects that bring the holiday spirit to life. Christmas traditions vary widely across countries, each offering a unique and culturally rich celebration. For each country we explore, we will learn about the...
- Students will learn about the many diverse ways Christmas is celebrated in different countries around the world.
Teachers will have at least 5 years experience teaching history and culture and have been approved to teach history on OutSchool for at least one year. Paper Pencil Coloring Supplies Basic Art Supplies All supplies will be posted in the classroom at least one week in advance.
We will be discussing the historical background of Christmas traditions around the world. Learners may use scissors for some projects.
