In this course, we will be sharing our cats with one another and learning some fun facts about cats. At the beginning of class, students will have the opportunity to share their cats with the class. They can introduce their cat and share experiences that they have had with their cats. If they do not have a cat, it is perfectly fine! Instead, they can share facts that they know about cats or perhaps share about a cat that belongs to a friend/relative. They are also encouraged to share questions with other learners about their cats, or just share their love for cats in general. I will then present a slideshow on Google slides that describes fun facts about cats. During this time, students are encouraged to share their own knowledge about cats or stories about their own cats. I will also be prompting the students with questions during the presentation to begin discussions about cats and cat facts. Participation is highly encouraged, as it makes for a more exciting class where we can all share our experiences and love for cats. Students should have a love for cats and know basic care for their cats before signing up for this class.
