This fun summer camp has everything a dog lover could want. We will study different dog breeds, service and rescue dogs, and how to care for dogs. We talk a little about the history of wild dogs. Students will have the opportunity to share their own dog with class if they desire. I will present the information in the first part of class in an interactive and engaging Canva Slide presentation. Students will learn about different dog breeds as well as the history of wild dogs. Students will develop their art skills by drawing and coloring. Students will develop their social skills by sharing their love of dogs with their classmates.

Optional Homework; Students can visit the American Kennel Club website to explore dogs breeds on their own. Each day students can report back on their favorite breed within a type of dog.
