Looking for a fun way to for your learner to review short vowels before moving on to more complex spelling patterns? Join this self-paced camp where we will review a short vowel in each lesson through reading, spelling, and writing. During this camp, your child will practice reading, sounding out, and writing words with short vowels with a focus on CVC words. Before enrolling your learner, ensure they can identify letter names and sounds for the best learning experience. This camp is ideal for learners ages 5-7 who require additional practice with short vowels and CVC words. Class Content I will post 5 video mini lessons for each short vowel. You can view them all at one time or break them up in a way that works for you! Each video is about 5 minutes long and covers the following: Part 1: Short Vowel Review & Focus Vowel Part 2: Phonemic Awareness Part 3: Blend CVC Words Part 4: Spell CVC Words Part 5: Short Vowel Hunt I will also post bonus activities for each vowel sound so learners can continue practicing vowels sounds between video lessons.
