Class Overview:

Join us for "Calm Kids: Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation," a fun and engaging class designed to introduce children to the wonderful world of mindfulness, gentle stretching, and meditation. This class aims to help kids develop a sense of calm, focus, and well-being through playful yet purposeful activities.

What to Expect:

Mindfulness Activities: We begin each session with simple, kid-friendly mindfulness exercises that encourage children to pay attention to the present moment. These activities help improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance emotional regulation.

Yoga and Gentle Movement: Through a series of gentle stretches and yoga poses, children will learn to listen to their bodies and understand the importance of physical well-being. Our routines are designed to be fun and accessible, promoting flexibility and coordination in a safe and supportive environment.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of your child during the yoga portion of this class is our top priority. Please ensure that your child has an open workout space free of obstacles to prevent tripping or falling. Proper footwear or a yoga mat is recommended to provide stability and prevent slipping. Additionally, your child should have a water bottle nearby to stay hydrated. Parental supervision is advised to ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely.
