This class uses drawings, crafts, or toys to slow down thinking and allows creative expression to thrive. Create + Calm
ADHD is my superpower. It took me a long time to realize that. During my 16-years teaching art in an elementary school, I developed creative ways for students to deal with emotions. I love the ADHD brain. We practice progress not perfection in unique creative ways.
Anything fun and / or creative to share with the class as we chat and relax.
