Making the transition to high school is a big deal! As an experienced high school special education and science teacher, I am very familiar with the challenges that come with that transition and would be happy to help your student find more success. Whether they need help organizing their assignments, creating a plan of attack for their new workload, or help tracking assignment completion, I can help!
I have been teaching special education and science for more than ten years and love it! I am certified to teach mild to moderate disabilities (grades 5-12), high school biology, and middle school mathematics. During the school year, I co-teach grade 9/10 biology, intro to physics, and chemistry. I also teach small group biology, intro physics, and study skills. I love being able to help students one-on-one, so tutoring is especially enjoyable.
