Were you ever told that you cannot build muscle without lifting weights? I have been proving everybody wrong for a very long time now by doing bodyweight exercises that are very effective and rewarding. -Class Structure: 1) Introduction. Small talk while we wait for everybody to come to class. 2) Workout - 30-35 minutes - Exercises include a lot of varieties of planks, mountain climbers, push-ups, burpees, jumping jacks, sit-ups, leg exercises, lower back, and other bodyweight exercises...
-The ultimate goal is to demonstrate to students that they don't need to go to the gym or lift heavy weights to meet their fitness goals. All they need is a 6 by 6 square foot of space and dedication.
-Yoga mat. Students won't necessarily need one, but having one will help with comfort. -Water bottle near. Breaks will be short during the workout and students should have water near them. -Running or any type of shoes you can work out. :)
