Welcome to Bread making 101! In this on going class, we will talk about why is there several different types of flour as well as how to create different bread types! This class will be taught by showing students the steps on how to make bread while they are creating this in their own home! We will work together on each step. We will start every class with going over what materials we need and what the important thinks we need to remeber when creating bread. Bread takes time, it can not be rushed! 

Each week before class ends, we will discuss what we will create next week! Students will get to choose what we make each week! Material list will be given well in advanced to prepare your student for class time. Making bread takes time, but it’s fun when you get to create something from scratch. It's definitely a game changer when it comes to some of our meals because homemade bread is just fresher.

Week 1 we are starting off with creating bagels! A list of what we need will be provided well in advanced of class time

While bread takes time to rise, students will need to use the oven to cook the bread they had made!

Yeast (active yeast or instant yeast will work)
Sometimes we will need spices. I will give everyone a supply list in advanced before class starts.

Baking is one of my favorite hobbies that I've been doing for some time now. Making bread is a passion of mine and I started when my daughter was first born. It's definitely a game changer when it comes to some of our meals because homemade bread is just fresher.
